TERMS
Pilot terms.
These terms apply to the PDF Premier pilot: one case-study and sales-document pack for one client-approved project.
1. Who we are
PDF Premier is a trading name of PDF Premier Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company no. 17533579, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Email: [email protected].
2. Who these terms are for
The pilot is sold only to businesses buying for business purposes. It is not offered to consumers.
3. What you get
For one client-approved project: a 600–800 word case study (DOCX); a one-page sales PDF; three sales snippets of 40–80 words each (DOCX); a source-to-claim checklist (one-page PDF); and one consolidated revision round.
4. What’s not included
Interviews, independent research, invented metrics or results, new branding, additional stories or languages, publishing, advertising, guaranteed results, and more than one revision round.
5. Price and payment
The pilot costs US$250, all-in. PDF Premier Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. We invoice upfront once scope, a start slot and these terms are agreed by email. Payment is by Stripe (card via a private payment link, or a Stripe invoice).
6. When work starts
Work starts when all three are in place: the invoice is paid, your project packet is complete, and a start slot is agreed.
7. What we need from you
A project packet: context, the work, outcomes, evidence, a named approver, and confirmation that you have permission to use the material and to have us use it. We only write what this material supports.
8. Timing (targets, not guarantees)
First draft within 5 business days of the start. Please send consolidated feedback within 5 business days. Revision within 2 business days of complete feedback. Business days end at 17:00 London time (usually 12:00 US Eastern) and exclude England and Wales bank holidays. We work on one project at a time.
9. Delivery and acceptance
A draft or final pack is delivered when all the assets listed in section 3 have been sent to you by email or private link and conform to the agreed scope. The final pack includes a delivery note.
You accept the final pack by confirming in writing (email is fine). If you haven’t confirmed or reported a defect, we will send a reminder; the pack is deemed accepted 5 business days after that reminder.
10. Our commitments
We will deliver the agreed assets, keep every claim grounded in the evidence you provide, provide the included revision round, and fix defects you report within 3 business days.
11. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before work starts, we refund the full fee. If you cancel after work starts but before the first draft is delivered, we refund 50% of the fee. Refunds must be requested in writing within 7 days of payment. Once the first draft has been delivered, the remedy for any problem is that we fix it as set out in section 10, rather than a refund. To cancel, email [email protected].
12. Ownership and portfolio use
When you have paid, you own the final deliverables. PDF Premier Ltd keeps ownership of its templates, working methods and know-how. We will only use your work in our portfolio or as a sample, or name you or your client, if you agree in writing.
13. Your material
You confirm you have the right to share the material in your project packet. We use it only to deliver the pilot and keep it as set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with the pilot is limited to the fees you have paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Changes
Anything outside this scope needs a new written agreement and price.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
